Location

The plot designated for construction is located in Babice in the Lesser Poland Province. The plot is part of a special economic zone and is designated for service and industrial development.

The idea

The idea behind the project is to create a building as an environment where various useractivities intertwine in a green setting. Spaces for work, rest, meetings, and workshops, together with vegetation in internal and external gardens and the sky, create a multi-threaded, friendly working environment.

Design solutions

We designed a two-story building on a rectangular plan with a gable roof. Two mainfunctional areas have been separated: an office area and a production area with an assembly plant and storage facilities. To improve working comfort in line with the idea of biophilia and contact with plants, we have designed three types of usable gardens in the building. A front garden, enclosed within thebuilding walls, which serves as an entrance area to the building as an internal hall - a garden in the main communication space of the building. The main garden in the form of a patio located in the building as a space between the main functional zones. The gardens are accessible from the work rooms, and greenery is also found in the rooms intended for people to stay and work.
