The concept envisions the construction of an integrated complex of new buildings to serve the arboretum. The facility is amultifunctional structure that includes office, research, education, exhibition and dining areas, along with tourist service spaces and production, staff, technical, storage and maintenance facilities. The building accounts for the complexity of the arboretum’s operations and ensures a smooth flow of tourist traffic while allowing uninterrupted execution of other key functions such as research, garden production and administration. The cohesive architectural form and its urban configuration define and organize the space both functionally and aesthetically.
